Strategic Links India is a non-profit membership association that enables globally and nationally mobile professionals living in India to develop and maintain their careers. It is a programme of Strategic Links Trust.
India’s dynamic economy is a magnet for international corporations. Indian companies are also expanding to meet global business demands. This has created a growing opportunity in the workforce for individuals who have international skills and multicultural experiences. Simultaneously, many skilled professionals are moving to India because their spouses and partners have accepted employment here. However, many find it quite difficult to advance their own careers while living here. Strategic Links India makes the critical connection between employers in search of talent and professionals interested in working in India. In addition, we promote the entrepreneurial initiatives of our members.
Strategic Links India also assists its individual members in opening doors to other resume-building opportunities in non-profit agencies and educational institutions. Some serve in meaningful volunteer roles while others enrol in certification and degree-granting programmes.
Strategic Links India assists its organisational members - corporations, international agencies and institutes - provide career development support to the spouses and partners of their employees. Pre-arrival career development counselling is a particularly valued feature of our organisational membership packages.
Strategic Links India currently provides regular services in Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai, in addition to the support given to members through our website.
